Adaptimax will refund any products purchased from us as long as the product has not been opened or used and the product is returned to us within 14 days. The 14 day period will begin from the date indicated on the invoice that you receive along with your adaptor. If Adaptimax has made a mistake then we will also refund to you the postage and packaging costs that you have incurred (on both the initial order and the cost of sending the products back to us). We would like all of our customers to be aware of their rights under the Distance Selling Regulations.
