Adaptimax design and build quality is second to none. The Adaptimax Nikon to Micro 4/3 is CNC milled from high grade aluminium before being anodised. It is then fitted out with an extremely hard wearing brass Nikon mount which is then chrome plated for even longer durability. Our brass bayonet is built to last. On the flip side of the adaptor we have fitted a stainless steel plate for extra durability and strength.

The Adaptimax Plus Nikon to Micro 4/3 is designed for all Nikon lenses, including the DX and G series of Nikon lenses which do not have an external aperture ring. It has a specially designed built in thumbscrew which can open and close the shutter of DX and G glass lenses.

Take a look at the mounting end of one of these DX or G lenses and you will see a small lever which opens and closes the shutter of the lens. Our elegantly designed thumbscrew opens and closes this lever so you can adjust the exposure easily by the eye.
