Do you manufacture the Adaptimax?

Yes we do. From design right through to packaging. We have been in the engineering business for 30 years and have a wealth of experience. The only part of the process we leave to others is the anodising. We have expert anodisers on our doorstep who we work very closely with.

 

What cameras does the Adaptimax work on?

The Adaptimax and Adaptimax Plus are designed to be used exclusively on the Sony PMW-EX3. They will not work on any other camera and will only take Nikon lenses.

The Nikon to 1/3 works on

• JVC GY-HD 100 and 200
• Panasonic HPX300
• JVC GY-HM700
• Sony HVR-Z7
• Sony HVR-S270

 

I have some Canon lenses I would like to use on my PMW-EX3. Is there anything out there to allow me to use them?

Yes there is! We have just launched the Canon EF to Sony PMW-EX3. Now you can use your Canon EF lenses on your EX3!

 

Is there any guarentee with the Adaptimax?

We pride ourselves in our design and engineering and believe the Adaptimax will serve you for many years. We will guarentee the Adaptimax for 12 months. If it breaks or becomes faulty we are happy for you to send it back to us for repair or replacement at no cost to yourself.

 

How can I pay for the Adaptimax?

We accept nearly every credit card out there, and use Worldpay as our processors. We are also very happy to take Paypal, but if that doesn't work for you we can take payment via Western Union, though you will have to pay their fees. Contact us for further details.

 

Do you have resellers in my country?

We are currently talking to several retailers around the world who have expressed an interest in selling the Adaptimax range. However demand for the Adaptimax has been so high we are always just keeping up with orders. It's best to buy directly from us, no matter where you live!

 

Red and blue are nice but can I just have a boring black Adaptimax?

Yes of course you will be able to! We chose red and blue colours to stand out and be different and it really got us noticed. But we do realise that some of you just want a plain old black Adaptimax and these will be available shortly.
